Last week I had lunch with the Managing Director of a Finance House where we do between one and two cases every week, he told me had just completed a bridging loan in 48 hours for £700k, they did have a valuation.

 

The other thing he said which is great for my clients is that we are running at an 89% acceptance rate, for client loans (it does help that he personally handles all of our cases).
